Nope, his money, his decision. And, I don't really think he's . . .

"that" bad of a driver. No control over a deer running in front of him (it's almost happened to both myself and the wife several times). The windshield thing was him trying to get to work at 4:30 AM following an ice storm.
Not exactly sure what happened yesterday, but the state trooper didn't feel the need to charge him with anything.
